I’m 18 and go to the gym about 4 times a week training bi’s, tri’s, shoulders, back, chest, legs…i have 5 or 6 small meals a day and drink protein shakes in between to pack on muscle…but now i fancy a ripping six pack too, any ideas how i can pack on muscle in every other body part, but also get a ripped six pack too? cheers :D
